AI Draft Assistant for Salesforce Case

Installation

Salesforce

  1. Click on the package installation link.
  2. Sign into the organization in which you want to install the package.
  3. Select “install for all users”.
  4. Click install.
  5. Tick “Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites” and hit Continue.
  6. Go to Setup → Object Manager → Case → Lightning Record Pages and edit “Default Case Page”.
  7. Click on Activation → Assign as Org Default → Desktop and phone.
  8. Hit Next.
  9. Hit Save.
  10. Go to Setup → Custom Metadata Types. Find “DevDocs.ai Setting” and click Manage Records.
  11. Find “DevDocs.ai Setting” and click Edit.

DevDocs.ai

  1. Navigate to your DevDocs.ai project settings.
  2. Find the “Token” section and copy the token, or generate a new one.

Salesforce

  1. Back in Salesforce, paste the token to the “Token” settings field.
  2. Hit Save.
  3. Open a case, and select the DevDocs.ai tab.
  4. Hit Generate Draft, then Copy to clipboard.
  5. Your AI generated draft is ready to be pasted!
